"A beautiful expression of a core Vedic principle: we are all God, constantly forgetting so, each of us wearing billions of masks as the divine experiences itself through our eyes."Paul Knobloch, Reviewer for Reader Views
"One of the questions that’s often asked these days is ‘What is true feminine spirituality?’ Mātrikā’s Muse is an answer to that question. It offers a wide and nuanced take on spiritual life, framed as a conversation between an older woman and a younger one. The conversation is inviting, earthy, sensual, and filled with wisdom. Here, Lara Sanderson presents some of the great truths of yoga in a form that you can take home and relax into, and which just might change your life."Sally Kempton, author of Meditation for the Love of It and Awakening Shakti
"How women can embrace our shadow spaces, claim our fierce power through yoga, and move through dark storms into deep understanding—it’s all here. Mātrikā’s Muse is a work of great integrity."Janet Stone, international yoga teacher
"I love the way Mātrikā’s Muse lets us enter private spaces and demonstrates how to live yoga day by day. This book makes a profoundly personal statement about the spiritual path."Margaret Bendet, author of Learning to Eat Along the Way: A Memoir
